Method of Payment: Maybank or Public Bank

Postage: Pos Laju / Pos Express

Once a confirmation email has been sent and the money banked in, please provide an attachment of the bank statement along with the preffered mailing address.
*Do check your spam mail as sometimes it may go into that folder. We normally reply within 24 hours of receiving your orders or mail.

Payment methods
We accept bank transfer through Maybank/Public Bank only.
We will only provide our bank account details when an order has been confirmed by us to avoid any accidental payments beforehand.

Postage Details
Full payment must be made before parcel is posted out.
All parcels will be posted within 3 days after payment has been made.

National Mail:
Postage costs are to be borned by buyers. Charges as below:
Poslaju: RM7 (West Malaysia) RM 9(East Malaysia) for 500grams. RM2 increment for every 250grams. (One T-shirt is about 250grams)
- Requires signature, registered

Pos ekspress: RM5
- Does not require signature, registered
- Tracking number for both kind of postage will be provided for every postage sent.

International Mail:
- We provide INTERNATIONAL mailing. Please drop us an email about it.
Do take note that we will not be liable on any losses occurred during delivery.

Please note that:
All items sold are NOT refundable.

Lil' Unique will not be held responsibilities for damages and losses upon delivery of goods.

Back outs after confirmation of orders is strictly not tolerated. Please inform us immediately if you wish to cancel your order instead of waiting for the 72 hour period to end.

Exchange Policy
Exchange can ONLY be done when the item received is very obviously defective/wrong colour or size than the ordered item.
All exchanges should be done WITHIN 3 Working Days.Should it exceed the stated working days, no exchange will be accepted.
Items needing to be exchanged should be in mint condition, not washed, worn or stained.
All exchange postage will be at the cost of the bearer.
